Gary sold us our home back in 2010 and he has kept in touch either with a card on a holiday or just a quick call to see how we were doing. My wife and I knew that when we were ready to sell our home, Gary would be our agent. Gary and his team work with modest as well as higher end million plus homes, but when the time came for us to sell this past June, we felt like Gary and his team treated our 640k home no differently than if it were a 3-million-dollar mansion. The narrated video and pictures were professionally done and within 6 days on the market, we had multiple offers with a tight contract and our home sold for 12k above the listing price! Tiana was very professional and helpful going well above as the final house purchase had difficulties and issues from seller's side. We are very appreciative of her help and advice during the process, sometimes ordeal. We were not in the area and sellers required a very quick close.
